First of all Download modem file
If your device U4 Click here
If your device U5 Click Here
Open Odin Run Administration
From CP Select modem file the same your sec
Enter Your device on download mode
Connect the device
Hit start
Your device will reboot automatically
Done...
If the Imei stell null
Open Z3X box
Make Reset EFS
And congratulation
